About Us
Trucking has been in the Campbell family for 3 generations. William (Bill) Campbell’s father, Oliver (Twist) Campbell, had a small trucking company and taught Bill the ropes of trucking, which led to the establishment of Campbell Trucking Inc.
Campbell Trucking Inc was founded in May 1985, by William Campbell with only three trucks and four trailers. The company began by hauling glass for Laurens-Pierce in Port Allegany, PA, which is now called Ardagh Glass. Ardagh is still our main customer to this day. We mainly haul full dry van loads to the Mid-Atlantic area, primarily upstate New York and Pennsylvania.
In the past 30+ years, the company has grown to around 30 trucks, including owner/operators. We now have over 100 trailers, as well as, multiple customers. The company is mainly ran by Bill, his wife, Lynne, and three of their children, Mike, Justin, and Michelle.
